Our call center is available to serve you from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday to Friday.
For service outside regular business hours, in case of an emergency, call the toll-free number and listen
carefully to all the menu options before leaving your message. This will help us to route your call properly
and ensure you receive the most responsive service possible. Please leave your name, the name of your
organization, a number where you can be reached and a brief description of the problem. A representative
will call you back as soon as possible. To help us serve you better, we ask that you direct your support call
to Customer Care instead of contacting a Trapeze Specialist directly. This will allow your support request to be
monitored by the Call Center Operator to ensure that you are being responded to within a timely fashion.

Our Customer Care Web site has been designed for you to submit support requests, track your support tickets,
access documentation and more. Simply login with your user name and password. To obtain a user name and
password, click on the Register link on the home page of www.MyTrapeze.com. Support tickets submitted via
the Web or e-mail are handled as regular priority, so if your request is urgent, please contact Customer Care
